Grow on LinkedIn without hating it.
Build a posting habit, get past the cringe, and grow a personal brand that sounds like you. One lesson and one post every Monday.
“My posts went from 51 Impressions in June to 42000 in September”
“my impressions went over 23000 views... my views in June were 75”
“I’ve built the habit of posting regularly, and I’ve seen the results”
Sound familiar?
You always know what to post next, how often, and why.
You post as yourself and stop rewriting every sentence for hours on end.
One short lesson, one mini-task and one post a week so you keep up the momentum even when life gets busy.
Your posts start bringing the right people to you, and make it easy for them to reach out.
“After investing in 2 LinkedIn courses already, I was missing a system that made me consistent and Maria’s community is the only thing that kept me going tbh.”

9 bonuses, all included
Hi, I’m Maria Ledentsova
I started on LinkedIn with about 400 followers and grew to 46K. Now I teach solopreneurs, founders and wannapreneurs how to do the same without hating the process and your life.
Even for me, posts flop sometimes. One of my posts recently got 140 impressions in 6 hours. I deleted it, updated the hook and the visual, cut away fluff, and posted it again. It got 36,000 impressions.
That’s what I teach. You shouldn’t give up on a good idea if a post underperforms. Don’t give up. Try again. I’ll teach you how.
What happens when you keep showing up
“She dared me to post; I did, and the results are very pleasing.”
“I went over 3000 followers this week and my impressions went over 23000 views. My views in June were 75.”
“I started being active in Feb and by July I have met the best humans, clients, got hired as an international speaker at an AI conference and now have a book launch.”
“Talked through my LinkedIn content strategy with Maria, with specific feedback on my posts and her sharing best practices.”
“Posting even helped to protect my time off, as a client literally booked a meeting on my return based on this post.”
“I went from 51 Impressions in June to 42000 in September... I am getting inquiries and have made partnerships that I didn't imagine would happen.”
Is this for me?
What do I get, and what platform will you use for the challenge?
You’ll join a private Skool community just for the challenge. Every Monday from 16 November, one short lesson unlocks with one task and one post to recreate, plus all the bonuses above. Every week you can share your post in the dedicated posts thread, get inspired by others and engage with each other’s posts. You can also ask questions in the Q&A tab and share your wins as they come in the wins tab.
I’m employed. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Following the strategy I teach led to me landing multiple job offers when I quit my job and to me landing my first dream role when I had only started posting and had 400 followers. I can’t promise a job of course, but you’ll become more visible to the people who hire, recruit and refer.
I’m self-employed and just starting out. Can I join?
Yes. You don’t need followers, a clear offer, or to be a good designer. This works for every level and you’ll learn all you need to know step by step.
I really don’t have the time.
It’s one short lesson (max. 5-10 minutes) and one post to recreate per week, unlocked every Monday. The week of 28 December is a catch-up week. The whole idea of this challenge is to reduce overwhelm and time you need to invest, which is why I built it as a 10-week challenge where a lesson unlocks once a week, not every day.
What if posting still feels cringe?
It’s so normal to feel cringe or scared or like everyone is watching. We will dive deeper into this topic and the mindset part of posting on LinkedIn in the first weeks. Having people around you in the community showing up too, before they’re ready, I’m sure, will motivate you to show up and create opportunities. And whenever you’re stuck, I’m here for you.
Do I get feedback on my posts?
Each week you share your post in the weekly thread. I look at what everyone posts and give advice whenever I spot something to improve. I also watch for patterns and can share anything I find at once with everyone. Stuck? Ask in the Questions tab.
Is there a refund if it’s not for me?
Yes. If you complete the 10 lessons and publish your 10 posts, you can get your money back if you feel like you didn’t get the value you expected.
What happens after the 10 weeks?
You keep your lessons until 25 February 2027, and challenge members get a discount to continue learning in the LinkedIn Growth Community.
Ten weeks from now, you could be posting like yourself.
Join the waitlist and I’ll email you the moment doors open. The early price runs 1 and 2 November, then it goes up on the 3rd.
